They are fully knowledgeable and take a pride in their work. They explained all available options (pun intended) available to me. They are careful and are very clean and tidy, laying down ample sheeting in all the work areas they have to access and removing their outside footwear where necessary. They make up a great team of 4 very friendly guys, who work really well together - all are full-time employees of Options Plumbing and Heating Ltd. No third-party/external contractors used. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went the extra mile on numerous occasions to ensure my satisfaction of requirements. Another Bath Time Saved 🛁
On an initial visit for a water leak we found the bath silicone split, missing and double sealed in multiple places. We reattended with our favourite Dow silicone to reseal and stop any further property damage 🙌

Dishwasher Install
A quick job for Rory, removing a cupboard and fitting a customer supplied dishwasher. Not only does it save water but also the time stood staring out the window at our wonderful spring weather while scrubbing 😂🫧
