Attended this property recently for a damp patch appearing on the wall. Builders said it was fine so painted over the marks but they came back. Upon opening the wall we found another local plumber had decided to just shove some loft insulation into a soil stack instead of actually capping it off! Safe to say the leak and smell is no more 😅

After turning up to a boiler service and finding the burner bolts snapped and left on top of the case this job just got better and better. Even found someone decided to use a grinder instead of a drill for the original radiator fixings 🤯
